1. All international buyers will be responsible for their own customs & import laws. You may be subject to paying customs or duty taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. Any charges derived from customs clearance once your package is borne will be paid by you. Sorry, But we do not have any control on what customs may charge you. Any questions regarding your customs policy’s should be done through your local customs or post office. In addition, If for any reason your package cannot be delivered or is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for all fees incurred, including but not limited to shipping, duty, customs clearance and restocking fee’s.
1. We have chosen USPS (United States Postal Service) when shipping internationally because in most circumstances it’s the fastest and most economical method. If you would like to find out how long it might take before reaching your country visit the U.S.P.S. website at www.usps.com. Please keep in mind that they’re just approximations and often may take longer to reach your destination. Each country is different and the times will vary do to postal and customs handling of your package.
2. Due to customs we must accurately fill out shipping forms before sending your package to the U.S. Postal Service. In order to keep within the customs laws please do not ask us to commit postal fraud by sending your package as a gift or claiming it as a lower value in order to avoid paying the duty, levy or import taxes.
3. We reserve all rights to refuse or cancel any orders (in our discretion) due to shipping expensive merchandise to countries that cannot be insured through the U.S. Postal Service.
4. If we ship your package to an international address and the item arrives with insurmountable of damaged we will not replace the item for another. Instead, we will simply issue you credit. Only after we receive our refund back from the insurance file claimed. We will possibly need your help and cooperation when completing the claim filed.

Insurance will be optional but recommended, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged after it has been shipped. Be sure to insure your products to your comfort level when shipping. Email for a quote if needed.
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! But, if you're not for some reason then carefully follow our return instructions.
1. Simply email us at JBTOYBOX@AOL.COM and we will instruct you on what to do and issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please do not return the item(s) prior to contacting us.
2. You will have 2 days from the time you receive the item(s) to notify us about any problems. If within 2 days you do not contact us then all sales are final.
3. If returning an item for whatever reason in order to recieve credit. Items must be in their original packaging and have not been opened or tampered with and are complete still in their original condition prior to shipping. Anything missing such as COA (Certificate of Authenticity or Warranties ect... NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED and will be shipped back to you at your expense!
4. Also there will be a 15% restocking fee of the original purchase price deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of returned merchandise. Refund is issued to the account through which the original payment was received minus shipping/handling and 15% restocking fee. Please send return package with delivery confirmation and / or insurance to protect items from loss or damage while in transit. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to uninsured packages.
5. Our Return Policy On All Sports Cards & Non-Sports Card Items.
In most cases we do not offer returns on any sports cards and non-sport card items. In some certain circumstances (at our discretion) we will offer a return and a 15% restocking fee on a item that has not been opened and in the original condition we delivered it in. If you believe your product to be damaged, please contact us at JBTOYBOX@AOL.COM before you open or alter it.
