Q: What if two people try to purchase the same item at the same time?
A: The ecrater web page does not automatically show an item as Sold when someone clicks to buy it. I will mark the items sold as soon as possible. If two people "buy" the item(s) before the page is marked, the first purchaser is the official purchaser, an email stating "sorry, item sold" will then be sent to any others. All items are limited in quantities.

Q: Are the items that you sell new or used?
A: Most of our items will be like new in store bought condition and still in their original packaging. But some of them might have been opened due to removing there battery's such as watches for storage so they wouldn't be damaged from battery leakage. If so, I will be posting it with the product. I will also be carrying some items that have damaged packaging but the product is still good. I will mark on my descriptions in detail if any of these items are posted. Last, I will sale used items as well. But, if they are used I will posted it as used and put it in the descriptions.
Q: What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! But, if you're not for some reason then carefully follow our return instructions.
1. Simply email us and we will instruct you on what to do and issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please do not return the item(s) prior to contacting us.
2. You will have 2 days from the time you receive the
item(s) to notify us about any problems. If within 2 days you do not contact us then all sales are final.
3. If returning an item for whatever reason in order to receive credit. Items must be in their original packaging and have not been open or tampered with and are complete still in their original condition prior to shipping. Anything missing such as COA (Certificate of Authenticity or Warranties ect... NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED and will be shipped back to you at your expense!
4. Also there will be a 15% restocking fee of the original purchase price deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of returned merchandise. Refund is issued to the account through which the original payment was received minus shipping/handling and 15% restocking fee. Please send return package with delivery confirmation number and / or insurance to protect items from loss or damage while in transit. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to uninsured packages.

Q: How do you grade your Modern Day & Vintage Sport & Non-Sport Card items?

All Modern Day Sport & Non-Sport (Entertainment) Cards are graded on a scale of Near Mint to Mint. Unless the cards are professionally graded it’s simply in my own opinion and experience! Because of the following reasons why, for most part our rookie, superstars, memorabilia and autographed cards pulled from a factory sealed pack go directly into a protected plastic sleeve and into a top loader so that minimum damage or human contact is made when handling them. If there any physical flaws with the cards I will do my best to describe when asked or I will also picture them and try describing them in our listings.

This will be the highest rating grade that we will give on any of our cards. The card will be nearly flawless. Sharp Corners, Excellent Glossy Surfaces and Color. Clean on Front and Back.
NM / PSA or 7 Equivalent
A Slight Imperfection on this card grade. ONE of the following flaws will be Allowed. Very Slight Corner Touching On One Corner, Very Minor Edge Wear, Faint Surface Print Spots, Very Minor Imperfections On Back. The Card Will Have A Nice Color, Focus and Gloss.
EXMT / PSA 6 Equivalent
A Very Sharp Looking Card. No More Than TWO of the following Flaws will be Allowed. Very Light Corner Touching (NO Fuzzy or Dinged Corners) Very Minimal Edge Wear, Very Faint Surface Print Spots, Very Light Imperfections On Back. Will Have Sharp Color, Focus and Gloss.
EX / PSA 5 Equivalent
Very Nice Eye Appeal. Absolutely NO Crease or Wrinkle no matter how small. Corners may be Lightly Touched or Slightly Fuzzy. A Corner Ding is Allowed But No Bad Corner Damage. Light Surface or Edge Wear, as well as Print Lines or Print Spots are Allowed as Long as they are Not Too Bad. Some Minor Stains may also be Allowed.
VG-EX -- PSA 4 Equivalent
Nice looking card but there will be a noticable flaw. Minor flaws only, no major flaws. Card may have a hairline crease or some light wrinkling. Some corner or edge wear, but no rounded corners. Minimal surface wear on front or back. May lack some color, focus and gloss.
VG – PSA 3 Equivalent
Card shows some Visible Wear. Some Corner Rounding allowed but not extreme rounding. Surface Wear, Light Creasing, Surface Wrinkles, Edge Wear, Border Discoloration, Print Defects, Wax Stain are all possible. NO Writing, Tear, Significant Paper Loss or Heavy Creasing Allowed.
Good – PSA 2 Equivalent
Significant Wear or a Major Flaw will be included. Rounded corners, Miscut Centering, Writing, Stains, Paper Loss, Heavy Creasing, Small Tears, etc. are the most common flaws found.
